I think the funniest thing I have ever heard a President say was when Bush was talking about how to prevent forest fires, and how some should trees should be cut down to minimize risk. He said, " You cannot see the forest through all those trees." I believe he said something to that affect.

Please Note: I am not anti-Bush in any way, but i do not fully support him. I am in the apathatic pary :0

there is a big joke in australia about our current PM and the GST. He has been quoted to say that he would never introduce a gst if put into office... later guess what he did ;o) introduced a gst... i findit quite humourous

i always thought that senator trent lott's statement about how we'd be better off if strom thurmond had been president as a funny one.
